Today is Keona's schedule for her MMR Vaccine. Before me and my wife was kinda hesitant to proceed with this vaccine because of stories spreading around linking MMR vaccine to autism. Although there where no solid proof about it, we just want to be sure and not take the risk. Since news have come up about that studies where conducted, and prove that there is no connection between MMR and Autism. There were no more hesitation on our part.

MMR stands for

Measles - a highly contagious illness that was once almost universal in children. Its main symptoms are a rash, fever, runny nose, cough, and eye irritation.

Mumps - a viral infection that typically causes a fever, headache, and inflammation of the glands under the jaw.

Rubella - also called German measles, is characterized by a pinkish red rash that starts on the face, a mild fever, and swollen lymph nodes. It's possible, however, to have rubella without any symptoms.
