Valentines Day is fast approaching. It is one of my most awaited holidays in a year for it is the day that we show to our loved one that we care and love them and how much they really mean to us.
I can still remember when me and my wife was first dating. It was an afternoon date and we watched a movie first. After the movie, we went to a serene, solemn park and had a picnic. When we arrived there, she was a little surprised because I was really prepared. I had a blanket in my backpack bag. We looked for a quiet corner in the park, lay the blanket, turn on a romantic song on transistor radio that I also brought with me and had a few snacks and soda drinks. We just talk for several hours. Time seems to be very fast when you are with your love one right? When it was a little dark, we packed things up and went to a beautiful restaurant which is just a walking distance to the park. This restaurant serves delicious foods and it is overlooking the city so we really had a great time having a hearty dinner. When it was time to go to our respective homes, I gave her my Valentine gift.
So guys, you better think and plan ahead on how you are going to celebrate Valentine's Day. You can give gifts to your loved one like jewelries or dine in fancy restaurants to show to them that they are special and that you really love them. But of course, all of these things are not possible without shelling out some money from your pocket. Since February 14 comes early on our payday which falls on the 15th, most of our cash are almost gone and already spent.
